As kratom vendor, we make all our kratom shipping,  kratom packing private and discrete.  At no where it shows the word “kratom“. The “ship from” is our website name “evergreentree”. We ship same day if your kratom product order comes into our shipping system before 1PM pacific time. And we guarantee to ship your kratom product order within 24 hours.  

As kratom vendor, we use following shipping method:

• Free shipping:  1-6 day standard shipping, we may use any carrier to deliver;
• USPS priority mail:  normally 2-3 days, but not guaranteed;
• UPS ground: 1-6 days, depends on where you live;
• UPS 2nd day: if you place your order early enough and order comes into our system before 2PM, we the kratom vendor will ship the same day for this option. And you are guaranteed to receive your order on 2nd business day. But beware, if the 2nd day is Saturday, you will need to select 2nd day Saturday delivery option. Or UPS will deliver on next business day;
• UPS Next day: if you place your order early enough and order comes into our system before 2PM, we the kratom vendor will ship the same day for this option. And you are guaranteed to receive your order on next business day. But beware, if the next day is Saturday, you will need to select next day Saturday delivery option. Or UPS will deliver on next business day. The best a kratom vendor can offer.

But please understand, that we are not responsible for any carriers late deliveries, we have no control of it. Of course, if they lose the package, we will resend or refund.
