Gold Maeng Da is great for energy, very uplifting, and extremely helpful when you want to get things done. The 1.5 to 1.7 is good enough for us. We tried the 1.8 to 2% alkaloid, but it was too strong for us. Everyone is different though.

I think the gold is the most balanced of the strains, and it makes me sleep well if I dose in the am and around 4-5pm. 2 tsp is plenty.
